Making support accessible
During the formation of our C.I.C and treatment model, we conducted extensive patient and public consultation to ensure that what we was planning to deliver was suitable and fit for purpose. During this consultation, a consistent message came through loud and clear: "Its got to be kept easy to access the service" - and we couldn't agree more!
